There's a technical issue with the Proxmox quorum cluster that's preventing LXC from restarting.

I plan to move the remote node to a local PC, and considering that there are currently no testnet or stagenet nodes monitored using TOR, I'll use that.

In the future, I'll also use I2P and try to re-enable access from the clearnet using a VPN and reverse proxy.
